Deposition of excess fat in the liver cells is known as fatty liver.

Fatty liver causes liver inflammation and due to which liver damage can happen.

Fatty liver is also known as steatohepatitis.

Fatty liver can convert into fibrosis of liver and later into cirrhosis of liver which is end stage liver disease. There is no treatment for cirrhosis.

Homeopathic Treatment

It is very important to consider cause of fatty liver to cure fatty liver; for example, high triglycerides, diabetes, alcohol.

Allopathy and Ayurveda have limited treatment for fatty liver; and most of the allopathic and ayurvedic medicines are hepatotoxic which means that these cause harm to liver.

Homeopathy is a very good option for fatty liver because these medicines are safe, natural, gentle and without side effects.

Gradually with homeopathic treatment functioning of liver improves, inflammation of liver comes down and fatty liver becomes better.

I have seen in my clinical practice, which I have been doing since 1997, that it takes around 6 months to 1 year to completely heal this problem.

Number of Medicines

There are around 17 medicines in homeopathy for fatty liver which are amazingly effective.

Now which of these medicines are to be given, in how much potency, how many times in a day – this is a complicated process which only a highly qualified and experienced doctor can do.

A sensible doctor never prescribes on the name of the disease fatty liver. He takes complete history of the patient, then studies his symptoms properly.

After this, he selects the medicines keeping in mind the susceptibility of the patient and decides upon the potency and repetition of medicines.

While treating fatty liver I prescribe for one month and then review the patient after that. Every month the case is studied again thereby finetuning the medicines and their potencies.

Name of Medicines?

In this blog I have not named any medicines, nor I have promoted medicines of any company; because by doing so I will be playing with your health and may harm you. A sane doctor will never do this.
